Dr. Debendra Kumar Das, presently Vice President of Indian Economic association, is Professor in the University Department of Economics, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. His field of specialisation is Money, International Trade, Growth and Development Models. Dr. Das is associated with the academic activities of Indian Economic Association for nearly three decades as its life member. Dr. Das has been a regular contributor to several national and international economic journals and a number of research students have obtained their Ph.D. Degree under his supersvision.
